Return & Refund Policy

We wish you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

1. 30-day Worry-Free Refund Policy.

All Gemsbling customers benefit from a generous 30-day worry-free refund policy.

For any quality issues arising during the manufacturing or shipping process, we offer a 30-day unconditional refund with no shipping charges.

For cases not involving quality issues but related to personal preferences leading to a refund request, we also offer an unconditional refund. However, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by any original diamond certificates provided. A re-certification fee will be charged if the certificate is not returned.

Please note: Custom orders are considered final sales. Should you have any inquiries regarding our policy, feel free to ask.

2. Lifetime Warranty

Gemsbling offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all fine jewelry.

We guarantee that all items sold will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

For any manufacturing defects, Gemsbling will repair or replace the item without charge.

The manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of gemstones, product loss, theft or failure to obtain the repairs required to preserve the integrity of the jewelry.

Repair or service performed by a jeweler outside Gemsbling will void the warranty.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would NOT be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear.
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a diamond to fall out.
  • The loss of a diamond caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

3. Validity For Exchages & Returns

All exchanges and returns should be made within 30 days of the delivery date for all orders. You may contact us here for an exchange or refund, we will be happy to assist you.

1.1 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will need to pay the difference.

1.2 If the value of the exchanged item(s) is less than the value of the original item(s), there will be no refund.

4. Exchanges & Returns Online

2.1 You will need items in their original state and packaging.

2.2 Kindly contact us here and we will assist you with your exchange.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.

2.4 Wait for an email confirmation from us, and you will receive an email once we verify your order information. Generally speaking, the processing time is 5 business days after receiving your package.

2.5 All requests for returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

5. Other Terms & Conditions

3.1 All items that require return and exchange, can only be made once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wears and tear of a product.

3.4 Gemsbling makes No Warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, and fitness for a particular purpose

3.5 Personalized items with “engravings” are not refundable. Gemsbling will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of personalized items.

3.6 Specially ordered items, such as custom sizes and gemstone items, are non-refundable. (Custom sizes are those that are charged an additional $20.) Gemsbling will charge a 35% restocking fee for special item exchanges.

3.7 Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

3.8 If the product itself has no quality problems, Gemsbling will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of the special items.

3.9 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of the U.S.

3.10 All decisions made by Gemsbling are final.

6. Refund

Gemsbling will reimburse the customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.

  • The customer received the wrong item.
  • The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Gemsblingwithin 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Gemsbling will charge a 35% restocking fee for the return or exchange of the below items:

  • Items that are custom-made with 925 Silver.
  • Items that are custom-made with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with 14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with moissanite stones.

Returning multiple items (≥ 3 pieces) from the same order, you will be charged a 35% restocking fee for each item returned.

Notice:
  • We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
  • Generally, all items will be sent into production 3 hours after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
